Vintage Kitchen #1 | | Quantity in Basket:
none Code: Vintage_Kitchen_1
Price:$5.00
| | | $5.00 in paper. $7.50 in acetate/transparency. $10.00 in fabric. 8.5" x 11". From Paula’s personal collection.... here is another of many full-color sheets of old paper and acetate and fabric for you to cut up to use to embellish your stamped art, books, cards, collages, tags, journals, etc. (Actual size is: 8 1/2” x 11”) “Vintage Kitchen Stuff #1” sheet has old food labels, old ad's from kitschy sources and more!
Acetate, also known as transparencies can really add a whole new dimension to your stamped art and cards. You can use double-sided tape and if it does show through you can cover up the lines with ribbon or decorative tape or glue some sort of adornment on top...improvise! You can use tiny brads or eyelets to attach your acetate to your card, too, for a polished look without the worry of any adhesive showing through. Sewing is another option.
The printed fabric we are selling is 100% cotton with a heat seal backing. It will bond to fabric, cardboard, wood and other porous surfaces. Simply use your household iron to apply. Set your iron to medium high to high heat or cotton setting. Preheat for 5 minutes. Do not use steam. Iron your trimmed image to the desired surface and press for 5 seconds. Obviously, you can also sew them, too! You can hand wash the fabric with mild detergent - turn inside out if possible first. Do not bleach, lay flat to dry. |
