Q: Is this site secure?
A: YES, my site is SECURE!!!! Besides the "secure" logo on every page, there is another way for you to tell - this goes for any site on the internet, not just mine. When you are entering a secure part (i.e. where your account info is, for example), look in the url. If you see an "https..." the "s" after the http stands for secure. If you are just in the shopping cart pages, there is no reason for that to be secure so you won't see the "s". No worries!

Q: What are the shipping charges?
A: For most items shipping will be a flat rate of $5.30 for U.S. shipments, $12.50 to Canada and $14.50 for the rest of the universe. I reserve the right to add to those amounts if your actual postage costs are above those amounts. I have calculated these postal amounts to cover postage for my collage sheets and for most left over kit products. If I am shipping an entire kit or a heavier item I will adjust shipping accordingly.

Q:What happens after I place my order? How do I know if you got it?
A: You will receive an email confirming your order. It comes automatically, seconds after placing your order. If you don't get one it's because: 1. it's in your spam/junk mail or 2. you had a typo in your email address. Check your copy of the order you were instructed to print out at the end of our ordering process. If you have a typo, make sure to fix it next time you login.

Q: What happens if I forget my password?
A: Just click the "email me my password" button. I will send you a reminder via email, immediatley. It's all automatic, you don't have to worry that Paula is at the movies and not checking her email!

Q: How long do I have to wait for my stuff? I don't like waiting for my stuff.
A: I will only be filling orders once per week, probably on Mondays.

Q: What ways may I pay?
A: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express!

Q: What do you do with my email address? I don't want any more stinking spam!
A: Not to worry. I will only use your email address to notify you of sales, specials, updates or to contact you about your order. I hate spam, too! I will never, ever, EVER, sell or give your email address to anyone else for any reason.

Q: What is your return policy?
A:All sales are final. Sorry, this is a very specialized product line and I cannot accept returns.

Q: I have set up an account but now need to change me email address. How do I do that?
A: TO CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS FOR ORDER VERIFICATIONS: Next time you login (submit your login and password), go to the field where your email address is. Change it to your new/desired email address. Make sure that at the very bottom of that screen, the box that is next to the sentence "Update Customer Record With This Information" is checked. You email order confirmations will now go to that new email.TO CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS FOR OUR EMAIL NEWSLETTERS/UPDATES: Please go to our homepage, click on the "sign up" link. There is a sentence that says "If you want to edit prior information you have submitted click here". Or, to do it now, click here or cut/paste this url into your browser: http://www.paulaskitclub.com/lists/?p=preferences. Follow the directions from there. It will be several steps. If you need to remove the old address, simply click the "unsubscribe" link at the very bottom of the last or next email newsletter you received or will receive.
